Editor Clare Mc Fadden, BMC BMC Genomics offers a fast publication schedule whilst maintaining rigorous peer review; all articles must be submitted online, and peer review is managed fully electronically (articles are distributed in PDF form, which is automatically generated from the submitted files). The BMC Genomics Impact Factor IF measures the average number of citations received in a particular year (2020) by papers published in the BMC Genomics during the two preceding years (2018-2019). Note that 2020 Impact Factor are reported in 2021; they cannot be calculated until all of the 2020 publications have been processed by the indexing agency. BMC supports innovations in peer review which can improve efficiency and save peer reviewers’ time and effort. Some BMC journals will consider manuscripts from other publishers, for example journals in the Neuroscience Peer Review Consortium and from journals in the eLife consortium. For the record I do strongly support BMC Genomics, I consider it a very respectable journal to have research published.

BMC Genomics operates a single-blind peer-review system, where the reviewers are aware of the names and affiliations of the authors, but the reviewer reports provided to authors are anonymous. The benefit of single-blind peer review is that it is the traditional model of peer review that many reviewers are comfortable with, and it facilitates a
Journals in the field of genomics are relatively easy, especially the annual supplement(The article selected by the meeting) is very easy.In addition to supplements, articles in other issues are generally slow to review, and even after a month, manuscript numbers are given. Portable peer review.
